mccdcares.com - Midwest Council for Children with Disabilities – Families from Ohio, Illinois & Wisconsin may apply for awards used for medical expenses or therapies not covered by insurance. Families must sign a contract for volunteering based on the amount of award (for example award of $1000 or less = 4 hours of volunteering); Ohio application is separate from IL and WI application.

theorangeeffect.org – The Orange Effect assists those with that need speech therapy and assistive technology. Deadlines are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 for those 21 years old and younger. Eight paged application needs printed and sent regular mail. No electronic or FAXED applications are accepted.
