    maggiewelby.org - The Maggie Welby Foundation – k-12 children and families in need of help with bills, athletic opportunities, medical needs, or an opportunity that a child wouldn’t otherwise have.

    mccdcares.com - Midwest Council for Children with Disabilities – Families from Ohio, Illinois & Wisconsin may apply for awards used for medical expenses or therapies not covered by insurance. Families must sign a contract for volunteering based on the amount of award (for example award of $1000 or less = 4 hours of volunteering); Ohio application is separate from IL and WI application.

    theorangeeffect.org – The Orange Effect assists those with that need speech therapy and assistive technology.  Deadlines are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 for those 21 years old and younger.  Eight paged application needs printed and sent regular mail. No electronic or FAXED applications are accepted.

    communityfundohio.org/grants - Community Fund Ohio (formerly known as Community Fund Management Foundation) – Funding assistance that allows you to choose from 3 grants that best fits your family’s financial status; Application needs to be printed and sent by regular US mail or FAX; Four deadlines per year. Must live in Ohio.

    trinityrose.org – (The Trinity Rose Foundation) Organization helps with those with impaired vision; whether it be medical costs, costs associated for travel, devices, etc.; not area specific; send your questions to rich@trinityrose.org or stacy@trinityrose.org

    operationsavethelost.com – (OPERATION Save the Lost) This organization provides Jiobit (comparable to a military tracker) tracking devices to an Ohio individual with autism. On-line application requires diagnosis paperwork.
