BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Zane's Inc. was incorporated in July 2008 and has an all-volunteer Board of Directors. We are now in the big leagues when it comes to our tax return.

  • Stacy S. Youssef

    Founder, CFO & Board Member

By day, Stacy is the Business Manager for American Testing Technologies and she is also a retired teacher. She became a Zane’s Inc. Board Member because she wanted to be a part of a meaningful group that could affect change for the special needs population. She feels that parents often don't understand that they are the most important member of the team.

“I was thrust into the special needs world by chance, but embraced it by choice.”

  • Karen Prokop

Karen is a Special Education Advocate/Consultant and she became a Zane's Inc. Board Member to be a part of an organization that truly cares about individuals with diverse special needs and looks beyond their disability, focusing instead on their potential 'ability'.

  • Andy DelSignore

Andy is the Director of Field Services at the Swagelok Company. He became a Zane's Inc. Board Member to pay it forward for those that helped his family when they needed it.

Over the last several years, he has supported Zane’s Inc. through his legal work, and is now excited to continue to support Zane’s Inc. and its mission by being a Board Member.

“Working with individuals with special needs and their families is a uniquely rewarding experience, as it allows families to have the peace of mind that their loved ones will be taken care of when they are no longer able to do so, themselves.”

  • Faith Lanshe

    Board Member & Grant Writer

Faith is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner at Innovative Health and Longevity.  She became involved with Zane's after her son received an iPad through an award years ago!  Working in a functional medicine office and addressing the whole person aligns perfectly with the work done at Zane's.  Loving and encouraging each child, adult, and family to reach their maximum potential through funds, resources, and support.

Grant writing for Zane's has enabled Faith to advocate for this vulnerable population while promoting the mission and vision of Zane's in serving others we serve God.

  • Allie Latham

    Board Member & Media Specialist

Allie is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and she became a Zane's Inc. Board Member because she wanted to be able to assist families in finding the services, educational opportunities, and providers they need for their child to be successful.

"Since I work in the field, I have a sense of understanding and knowledge of how hard life can be for families with a child with special needs. They need someone in their corner to help support and guide them through this journey"

  • Lisa Poppenhouse

  • Amy Garrett

"I am amazed by the struggles that individuals with special needs and their families face on a daily basis - things that many of us often take for granted. I want to assist them in any way that I can."

  • Zach Youssef

    Secretary & Board Member

Zach is a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Huntington Bank. He became a Zane's Inc. Board Member in order to give back to individuals affected by disabilities and their families, as well as bring greater awareness to the challenges they may face.

"As I have a younger brother with autism, I'm familiar with the challenges that these individuals and families face in everyday life. As part of my Master's Degree in real estate, my final thesis/capstone included research and the development of a housing solution for individuals with disabilities. I had always known that this was an underserved community but I was shocked to learn more about the financial crisis that many of these individuals and their families face. As someone who will always have a connection to these individuals, I believe that it's important that I contribute however I can."

  • Tramain Little

    Board Member

Tramain was introduced to the world of disabilities by his mother who is a Foster Provider for an adult with disabilities. He is a Job Coach in Summit County with 15 years of experience, but has also Job Coached in Portage, Stark, Wayne and Medina Counties. “I do the work that I am doing because of the joy it brings me. I see goals being met based off of the work that I am doing. Helping a person "served" reach a goal, seeing how proud and it makes them, helping their parents navigate the adult world and connecting them to organizations keeps me going.”
