Zane's Inc. is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors serving individuals with special needs across Northeast Ohio.

Stacy S. Youssef

Founder, CFO & Board Member

Stacy S. Youssef

Business Manager for American Testing Technologies and a retired teacher. She became a Zane's Inc. Board Member because she wanted to be part of a meaningful group that could affect change for the special needs population. She believes parents are the most important members of the team.

"I was thrust into the special needs world by chance, but embraced it by choice."

Karen Prokop

Special Education Advocate and Consultant. Karen became a Board Member to be part of an organization that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of those with special needs and their families.

"Being a parent of a child with disabilities has developed my passion to help other families by being empathetic and supportive of their needs."

Andy DelSignore

Director of Field Services at the Swagelok Company. Andy became a Zane's Inc. Board Member to pay it forward for those that helped his family when they needed it.

"Those with special needs deserve to have a voice, and I hope to play a small part to help them have a platform to have their voice heard."

Deb Anzelc

CPA, CFP, and President of Anzelc & Associates, Inc. Deb joined the Board believing her past Foundation experience could be an asset to the organization.

"My entire family believes in helping others and I have a desire to give back to those underserved and misunderstood in the special needs community."

Trey Bennett

Attorney at Stark & Knoll in Fairlawn, Ohio, and chairperson of their Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group. Trey joined due to his practice's emphasis on special needs planning for individuals and families.

Allie Latham

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Allie became a Board Member because she wanted to assist families in finding the services, educational opportunities, and providers their child needs to be successful.

"I have a sense of understanding of how hard life can be for families with a child with special needs. They need someone in their corner to help support and guide them."

Amy Garrett

Head of Information Services at Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library. With a degree in Education and a career working with nonprofits, Zane's provides her an opportunity to apply her knowledge in a positive way.

"I am amazed by the struggles that individuals with special needs face daily - things many of us take for granted. I want to assist them in any way that I can."
Zach Youssef

Secretary & Board Member

Zach Youssef

Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Huntington Bank. Zach joined to give back to individuals affected by disabilities and bring greater awareness to the challenges they face. His Master's thesis focused on housing solutions for individuals with disabilities.

"As I have a younger brother with autism, I'm familiar with the challenges these individuals and families face in everyday life."

Tramain Little

Job Coach in Summit County with 15 years of experience, also covering Portage, Stark, Wayne, and Medina Counties. He has experience working with county boards, Ohioans with Disabilities, and The Akron Urban League.

"I do the work I do because of the joy it brings me. Seeing how proud a person served is when they reach a goal keeps me going."

Melissa Frangos

Attorney at the Summit Legal Defenders Office focusing on Juvenile Delinquency. Melissa joined to apply her personal and professional experience assisting individuals with special needs to support local families.

"Having grown up with an autistic brother, I saw firsthand how life-changing the right support can be for disabled individuals and their families."

Mary Margaret Bell

Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Mary Margaret joined the board because she is passionate about helping families access quality, meaningful services that support long-term success. True progress happens when families feel supported, connected, and empowered in their everyday lives.

"I value community collaboration and want to use my clinical experience to help strengthen resources, advocate for families, and contribute to programs that make a lasting impact beyond direct therapy services."
